Temple of Queen Hatshepsut
The temple of Hatshepsut (daughter of
Tuthmosis I) is also known as "Deir al
Bahri" and is one of the finest
monuments of ancient Egypt.
Habu Temple
Besides "Karnak Temple" on the East
side of Luxor, this is one of the most
interesting temple complexes on the
West-Bank. Medinat Habu was for many
centuries the centre of life in Tebes.

Colossi of Memnon
The massive pair of statues (18m)
known as 'Colossi of Memnon' were
built by Amenhotep III at his funerary
temple, and are now standing in the
middle of fields.
The Ramesseum
This massive temple was built by
Ramses II, in order to impress the
priests and gods and to give testimony
of his greatness. And it will certainly
impress you.
